EO is life changing. That’s what EO is to me. Never in my life had I been in a community where I feel I truly belong, I feel safe. Most importantly, it is a place where I keep wanting to improve myself, to be a better leader, better business person, better husband and better father, better me.
I was at the point of stagnation, I lost motivation for almost everything. Through EO, I met individuals who helped me go through challenges in life, who gave me support and the push that I needed to move forward and stronger. I admire them for their resilience, their boldness, and their growth mindset. These are the individuals I now proudly call my friends. That’s how EO is truly a life changing experience for me.

In this non-judgmental environment of EO, I have the courage to do things that I have been afraid of and to do new things that I have never done in my life. From my first success in facing the fear that existed within me, I became addicted to challenge myself to grow beyond the limits of my own thinking. Since I first joined EO I have been a member of the board and from my experience on the board, I have improved my leadership skill. The more active I am in EO, the more I gain new knowledge and skills. Apart from that, I also get a wider business network with entrepreneurs all over the world. I realized that if a company is led by an incompetent leader, everyone in the company will suffer. Therefore, I will keep refining myself to be a good leader by always learning to improve my leadership skill and the fastest way to learn is from people who have experienced and already know the consequences of making a certain decision.
